
Recipe: Protein Crepioca with Cheese and Ham

Protein crepes are an excellent quick snack option, rich in protein and with a delicious texture. They can be prepared in just a few minutes and can be adapted with a variety of fillings.

Ingredients:
🔹 1 whole egg
🔹 2 tablespoons of tapioca
🔹 1 tablespoon of quark cheese or Greek yogurt
🔹 1 pinch of salt
🔹 1 slice of low-fat cheese (e.g. mozzarella or light flamengo)
🔹 1 slice of turkey or chicken ham
Preparation method:
1️⃣ In a bowl, mix the egg, tapioca, quark cheese and salt until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
2️⃣ Heat a non-stick frying pan and pour the mixture in, spreading it evenly.
3️⃣ Cook over medium heat until the edges begin to release.
4️⃣ Flip the crepioca and add the cheese and ham.
5️⃣ Fold in half and let the cheese melt for a few seconds.
6️⃣ Remove from heat and serve hot!
Approximate macronutrients (per serving):
✅ Protein: 18g
✅ Carbohydrates: 15g
✅ Fats: 7g
📌 Tip: You can replace the cheese and ham with tuna, shredded chicken, or cottage cheese to vary the flavor.
