Nutrition Consultation — Fitness or Performance

Choose the area, the type of consultation, and where you want it to take place. The price shown in the options corresponds to one consultation per person, with the chosen location recorded in the order.

1. Choose the area

Fitness · Health and Wellbeing: nutrition tailored to your routine, health, body composition, and general fitness goals.

Performance · Sports Nutrition: nutrition tailored to the demands of training, recovery, and competition, including running, cycling, HYROX, triathlon, and football.

2. Choose the type of consultation

1st Consultation: assessment of dietary history and relevant data, goal setting, and personalised dietary guidance.

Follow-up: review of progress and any difficulties encountered, with adjustments to the existing nutrition plan.

Base prices per consultation, according to the ESPECTRO / HEALTH price list from October 2026. The base price is the same for all available locations and formats.

3. Where and how do you want it?

• In-person · Oeiras: ESPECTRO Oeiras, Porto Salvo.
• In-person · Queijas: ESPECTRO Queijas.
• Online · Video call: conduct the consultation remotely, in a private location with an internet connection.

Both areas and both types of consultation are available in these three options. Measurements and procedures are adapted to the format and available data; the online consultation does not include in-person measurements.

Booking

Choosing a location or format does not automatically reserve a date or time. After purchase, the team will arrange a time with you, subject to the professional's availability. If you have a specific date in mind, confirm availability before purchasing.

ESPECTRO Conditions

The price list includes ESPECTRO conditions: Fitness at €54 for the first consultation and €45 for the follow-up; Performance at €67.50 for the first consultation and €49.50 for the follow-up. Eligibility for and application of these conditions are confirmed by the team before purchase; they are not automatically applied by selecting the variants.
