Ingredients:
🔹 1 whole wheat or protein wrap
🔹 1 can of natural tuna
🔹 1/2 mashed avocado
🔹 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
🔹 1 pinch of salt and pepper
🔹 Lettuce leaves
Preparation method:
1️⃣ Mix the tuna with the avocado, Greek yogurt, salt and pepper.
2️⃣ Spread the mixture on the wrap and add the lettuce.
3️⃣ Roll the wrap tightly and cut it in half.
