Ingredients:

🔹 2 slices of whole wheat or seed bread
🔹 100g cottage cheese
🔹 1 teaspoon of honey
🔹 5 chopped walnuts

Preparation method:

1️⃣ Lightly toast the bread for extra crunch.
2️⃣ Spread the cottage cheese on top.
3️⃣ Add the honey and chopped nuts.
