Ingredients:
🔹 1 loaf of rye or whole wheat bread
🔹 80g shredded chicken
🔹 2 tablespoons of ricotta cheese
🔹 1 pinch of oregano
🔹 1 lettuce leaf
Preparation method:
1️⃣ Mix the shredded chicken with the ricotta and oregano.
2️⃣ Place the mixture on the bread and add the lettuce leaf.
3️⃣ Close the sandwich and serve.
