Recipe: Chocolate Almond Protein Pudding

A healthy, protein-rich dessert for any time of day. Made with chia seeds and chocolate protein, this pudding has a creamy texture and an irresistible flavor. 🍫🥄

Chocolate and Almond Protein Pudding

Ingredients:

🔹 200ml of skimmed milk or plant-based drink
🔹 1 scoop of chocolate protein
🔹 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
🔹 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
🔹 1 teaspoon of honey or stevia
🔹 5 chopped almonds

Preparation method:

1️⃣ Mix all ingredients and place in a closed container.
2️⃣ Leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours to thicken.
3️⃣ Before serving, stir well and add the chopped almonds on top.
