
Recipe: Scrambled Eggs with Cream Cheese and Spinach

Scrambled eggs are a breakfast classic and also a great protein-rich snack option. Cottage cheese adds extra protein, and spinach provides fiber and essential micronutrients. 🍳🥬

Ingredients:
🔹 2 whole eggs + 2 egg whites
🔹 50g of low-fat cottage cheese
🔹 1 handful of spinach
🔹 1 dash of olive oil
Preparation method:
1️⃣ In a frying pan, heat the olive oil and add the spinach.
2️⃣ Beat the eggs and add them to the pan.
3️⃣ Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
4️⃣ Add the cream cheese at the end and serve.
