
Recipe: Lentil and Tuna Burger with Green Salad

A tasty, protein-rich alternative, combining the creaminess of lentils with the lightness of tuna. These burgers are easy to prepare and can be grilled or baked. 🥗🍔

Ingredients:
🔹 1 can of natural tuna
🔹 100g cooked lentils
🔹 1 egg
🔹 1 tablespoon of oatmeal
🔹 1 teaspoon of aromatic herbs (oregano, parsley or thyme)
🔹 Salt and pepper to taste
🔹 Olive oil for grilling
Preparation method:
1️⃣ Crush the lentils and mix with the tuna.
2️⃣ Add the egg, oat flour and seasonings, forming a moldable dough.
3️⃣ Divide the mixture into burgers and grill in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
4️⃣ Serve with a mixed green salad.
