
Recipe: Lemon Chicken with Sweet Potatoes and Steamed Broccoli

A simple and nutritious dish featuring succulent chicken marinated in lemon and herbs, served with sweet potatoes and steamed broccoli for a healthy and balanced dinner. 🍋🍗

Ingredients:
🔹 150g chicken breast
🔹 1 medium sweet potato
🔹 100g of broccoli
🔹 1 tablespoon lemon juice
🔹 1 teaspoon of olive oil
🔹 1 clove of minced garlic
🔹 Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation method:
1️⃣ Season the chicken with lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
2️⃣ Steam the sweet potato and broccoli.
3️⃣ Grill the chicken in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil until golden brown.
4️⃣ Serve with broccoli and sweet potato.
