Recipe: Protein Chicken Pancakes with Oats

Protein Chicken Pancakes with Oats

Ingredients:

  • 150g chicken breast cut into strips
  • 1 egg white
  • 30g crushed oat flakes
  • 1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)

Preparation Method:

  1. Season the chicken strips with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.
  2. Dip each piece of chicken in the egg white and then in the crushed oat flakes mixed with Parmesan cheese.
  3. Heat a non-stick frying pan with a little olive oil and cook the breaded pieces over medium-high heat until golden and crispy (about 3-4 minutes per side).
  4. Serve hot or store in the refrigerator to consume later.
