
Recipe: Protein Chicken Pancakes with Oats

Made with oats instead of breadcrumbs, they offer a crunchy texture and an excellent nutritional balance. They're perfect with a yogurt dip or simply as a snack throughout the day!

Ingredients:
- 150g chicken breast cut into strips
- 1 egg white
- 30g crushed oat flakes
- 1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
Preparation Method:
- Season the chicken strips with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.
- Dip each piece of chicken in the egg white and then in the crushed oat flakes mixed with Parmesan cheese.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan with a little olive oil and cook the breaded pieces over medium-high heat until golden and crispy (about 3-4 minutes per side).
- Serve hot or store in the refrigerator to consume later.
