Step by step
1️⃣ Preheat the oven:
- Prepare the oven, heating it to 180°C.
2️⃣ Mix the liquid ingredients:
- In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until they form a puree. Add the eggs and mix well.
3️⃣ Add the dry ingredients:
- Add the protein powder, oat flakes, yeast and cinnamon. Mix until you get a smooth dough.
4️⃣ Adjust the consistency:
- Add the vegetable drink or skimmed milk, stirring until the mixture is slightly creamy. If you prefer, use a blender for a smoother texture.
5️⃣ Prepare the form:
- Grease a small pan with coconut oil or use parchment paper to prevent the cake from sticking.
6️⃣ Put in the oven:
- Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
7️⃣ Cool and serve:
- Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool and serve plain or with toppings, such as peanut butter, Greek yogurt or nuts.
