Ingredients:
- 1 package of frozen seafood mix
- 2 cups of Carolina rice
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 150 g tomato pulp
- 100 ml white wine
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1.5 l of water
- 1 package of seafood cream
- Spicy qb
- Salt to taste
- Coriander qb
Preparation method
- Start by bringing 1.5 liters of water to a boil with a pinch of salt, add the seafood mixture and let it cook. Strain the broth and use it to dissolve the seafood cream. Set aside.
- Also reserve the seafood.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, add the olive oil, garlic and bay leaf and let it brown. Add the pepper and rice and fry them lightly. Add the tomato pulp and cool with the white wine. Mix well and let the wine evaporate.
- Add 4 cups of the reserved seafood cream water, season with salt and a few drops of spice to taste, and let cook for approximately 7 minutes after boiling.
- When the rice is almost cooked, add the reserved seafood, mix and finish with chopped coriander.
