Music increases sports performance
Share
Spotify and Brunel University London have conducted a new study to determine which songs improve sports performance.
Science says: this 'playlist' increases sports performance, whether in high-performance training, a 'bikini operation' on the go or any other mission that aims to lose weight or inches, these should always be accompanied by physical exercise.

To help, entertain, or motivate, there's rarely an athlete or aspiring athlete who doesn't put on headphones and listen to music. And it's precisely here that the secret to success may lie.
Spotify, the world's most popular and widely used music streaming platform, and Brunel University in London have conducted an updated study on which songs can help increase income.
The university analyzed more than 6.7 million playlists and took into account beats per minute (BPM), which refers to the number of times the heart beats per minute to the rhythm of a song. Researcher Costas Karageorghi concluded that synchronizing training to the rhythm of a song can help increase exercise intensity until peak performance is reached. The goal, according to Karageorghis, is to increase the tempo of the music by one or two BPMs beyond the comfort zone.
Pitbull, Lady Gaga, Daft Punk, and Avicii are some of the names on the playlist, which is also ordered from slower songs, for warm-ups or stretching, to those with a higher BPM, for peak intensity, before slowing down again.
Here is the list that science advises you to listen to:
Talk Dirty – Jason Derulo ft. 2 Chainz
Skip To The Good Bit – Rizzle Kicks
Get Lucky – Daft Punk ft Pharrell Williams
Move – Little Mix
Need U 100% - Duke Dumont ft A*M*E
Feel My Rhythm – Viralites
Timber – Pitbull ft. Kesha
Applause – Lady Gaga
Can't Hold Us – Macklemore & Ryan Lewis ft. Ray
The Monster – Eminem ft Rihanna

Burn – Ellie Goulding
