Recipe: Smoked Salmon Avocado Toast

Smoked salmon is an option rich in Omega 3 and protein that promises to keep you full until lunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 slice of wholemeal bread
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 60g smoked salmon
  • Red onion
  • 1 lemon

Preparation

  1. Toast the bread on the Wondergrill. You don't need butter to do this.
  2. Mash the avocado while toasting the bread.
  3. Then spread the mashed avocado over the bread and add the julienned red onion, smoked salmon and a few drops of lemon.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. If desired, add sesame seeds on top and serve on the Acacia Board.
