
Recipe: Smoked Salmon Avocado Toast

Smoked salmon is an option rich in Omega 3 and protein that promises to keep you full until lunch.

Ingredients
- 1 slice of wholemeal bread
- 1/4 avocado
- 60g smoked salmon
- Red onion
- 1 lemon
Preparation
- Toast the bread on the Wondergrill. You don't need butter to do this.
- Mash the avocado while toasting the bread.
- Then spread the mashed avocado over the bread and add the julienned red onion, smoked salmon and a few drops of lemon.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- If desired, add sesame seeds on top and serve on the Acacia Board.
