  • Skipping rope

Main Training:

For Time

5 Rounds:

  1. 100 Jump Ropes
  2. 20 Squats
  3. 15 Push-ups
  4. 20 Sit-ups
  5. 10 Burpees

Instructions:

  1. Warm-up (5 min)

    • Running in place
    • Dynamic stretching
  2. Main Training

    • Complete the 5 rounds as quickly as possible, maintaining good form and safe movements.
  3. Finishing (5 min)

    • Static stretching to recover.
