Back pain is a common problem in people's lives -- according to the WHO (World Health Organization), eight out of every ten people have or will have this discomfort at some point in their lives. Although it can be caused by diseases such as endometriosis and osteoarthritis, discomfort in the back region is generally related to ergonomics, that is, the position in which we sit in our daily lives, whether sitting, driving, or even doing routine activities such as cooking and cleaning the house.
A sedentary lifestyle and staying still for long periods of time can also harm the health of our spine, as can lifestyle habits.
