Charlize Theron's workout routine to stay in shape

Famous for her slim and slender figure, Charlize Theron does not neglect her body, which must always be in shape because of her profession. "I have to be disciplined. It's part of my job," she said.

"I train five days a week. I do yoga, a very difficult one called power yoga. I cycle, I do spinning, all kinds of exercises that I like, because that's the secret," the actress told Easy Living magazine.

Charlize says it's getting harder and harder to stay in shape as she ages, which is why she's not giving up exercise. "I'm gaining weight, so I need to exercise. I have acne, I'm getting older. Everything is happening to me exactly the same way it happens to everyone else," she concluded.

Although she cares about her appearance, the star said she doesn't see herself getting plastic surgery. "I don't see myself going under the knife. However, I'm only in my early thirties, so maybe it will be different when I'm 60. So I don't want to make any statements about how I'll feel in 30 years," she added.
