Prozis Oat Pancakes Recipe

This recipe is rich in fiber and protein, ideal for a balanced breakfast or snack. You can adapt the ingredients based on your goals and dietary preferences.

Ingredients (for 4 pancakes):

  • 1 scoop of Prozis Instant Oats (flavor of your choice, such as vanilla or natural)
  • 1 tablespoon of Prozis Whey Protein (optional, to increase protein content)
  • 1 egg
  • 100 ml of vegetable drink or water
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Suggested toppings:

  • 1 tablespoon Prozis Peanut Butter
  • Fresh fruit (such as bananas or berries)
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Seeds (such as chia or Prozis flaxseed)

Preparation method:

  1. In a bowl, mix the instant oats, whey protein (if using), yeast and cinnamon.
  2. Add the egg and the vegetable drink (or water). Stir well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  3. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and grease with a little coconut oil.
  4. Place a portion of the batter in the pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until the pancakes are golden brown.
  5. Repeat the process until you finish the dough.
  6. Serve the pancakes with the suggested toppings or choose your favorites!
