This recipe is rich in fiber and protein, ideal for a balanced breakfast or snack. You can adapt the ingredients based on your goals and dietary preferences.

Ingredients (for 4 pancakes):
- 1 scoop of Prozis Instant Oats (flavor of your choice, such as vanilla or natural)
- 1 tablespoon of Prozis Whey Protein (optional, to increase protein content)
- 1 egg
- 100 ml of vegetable drink or water
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Suggested toppings:
- 1 tablespoon Prozis Peanut Butter
- Fresh fruit (such as bananas or berries)
- Honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Seeds (such as chia or Prozis flaxseed)
Preparation method:
- In a bowl, mix the instant oats, whey protein (if using), yeast and cinnamon.
- Add the egg and the vegetable drink (or water). Stir well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and grease with a little coconut oil.
- Place a portion of the batter in the pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until the pancakes are golden brown.
- Repeat the process until you finish the dough.
- Serve the pancakes with the suggested toppings or choose your favorites!
