Are you ready for a new challenge? 💪 This week, we're going to customize your workout based on the letters in your name! Each letter corresponds to a different exercise. Let's see what you're capable of!

🔹 Start Date: Monday, July 22

🔹 End Date: Sunday, July 28th

🌟 How to Participate:

  1. See the table below to find out the exercises assigned to each letter of the alphabet.
  2. Write your name and list the exercises corresponding to each letter.
  3. Complete the challenge by doing all the exercises in your name, either at once or throughout the day.

  • E - 60 seconds of isometric forearm plank
  • F - 40 Alternating Back Lunges

  • I - 40 Alternating v up sit-ups
  • J - 30 Jump Squats
  • K - 40 Lower Abdominals
  • L - 60 seconds in isometric squats
  • M - 30 Diamond push-ups (knees on the floor)
  • N - 40 Cross climber
  • O - 60 seconds Horizontal Jumping Jacks
  • P - 30 Alternating forward lunge
  • Q - 40 Russian Twists
  • R - 60 seconds of Wall Sit (Isometric Squat)
  • S - 40 Triceps bottoms (chair)
  • T - 30 Half burpee
  • U - 40 Oblique Crunches
  • V - 30 Mini Lunges with Jump
  • W - 20 Lumbar
  • X - 40 Superman
  • Y - 30 Burpees with horizontal jumping jacks
  • Z - 40 Squats with jumps out
