Ronaldo's habits and routines are carefully planned to ensure he remains a high-performance athlete at the age of 39 (he turns 40 on February 5). Nothing is left to chance and the footballer dedicates a lot of time to his health and muscles.

“Cristiano wakes up at six in the morning. He gets up and does some exercise. He drinks a lot of water in the morning because he believes that to start a new day you need to have a strong and healthy body,” says Georgina.

The footballer's day continues with some rest, then "he has breakfast with fruit, cheese and eggs, and goes back to the gym. He lifts weights for two hours and then allows himself another moment of rest."

And what does Ronaldo do before going to bed? “In the afternoon, he relaxes with his family or friends. Finally, before going to sleep, he goes for a swim because he thinks it’s a great way to relax his body before a good night’s rest.”
