Ingredients:
- 4 egg whites
- 1 egg yolk (optional, for a richer flavor)
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: fresh herbs such as chives, parsley or basil for garnish
Preparation method:

Prepare the Ingredients :
- Wash the spinach and chop it coarsely.
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks (you can add a yolk for more flavor and texture).
- Season the egg whites with salt and pepper to taste.

- In a non-stick skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
