Terms and Conditions - In-person and zoom training

  1. Duration, fees and location

The Client hereby contracts the services of Treino em Casa Personal Training. Sessions last 50-60 minutes. For the services contracted, the client pays the amounts established above. Treino em Casa will provide Personal Training services at the Client's Home , abroad , via Zoom or at another location to be agreed between the parties. This agreement has a minimum duration of 6 months , automatically renewable monthly. Should one of the parties wish to cancel the services, simply inform the other party 3 months in advance.

  1. Cancellations and delays
  • Cancellations of training sessions must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled sessions. Sessions cancelled less than twelve hours in advance will be considered completed and charged at 100% of the list price , sessions cancelled between 12h and 24h before the scheduled session will be considered completed and charged at 50% of the list price .
  • Holidays and Sundays are not included in the monthly fee. If the training scheduled for the day or days referred to in this agreement takes place on a holiday, this training will not be carried out, and there will be no obligation to compensate.
  • There are no training sessions between 1 and 15 August and between 24 and 31 December. Training sessions not held on these days are held the week before and/or after.
  • For reasons of vacation or absence, training for that week may be carried out in the week before and/or after the respective absence.
  • The compensations referred to in c) and d) are considered lost if they are not made in the month before or after the same.
  1. Client's physical condition

Treino em Casa Personal Trainers have been subject to rigorous selection processes but, in addition, do not have any general or specific medical knowledge, experience or qualifications and do not constitute a representative guarantee for this purpose. The Personal Trainer is not responsible for death, injuries or damages caused by the Client's poor execution of the exercises.

  1. Disclaimer

The Client declares that he/she is aware of and has read the legislation in force, namely Law No. 5/2007, of January 16, which approves the Basic Law of Physical Activity and Sport, states in paragraph 2 of its Article 40, within the scope of non-federated physical and sporting activities, “it is a special obligation of the practitioner to ensure, in advance, that he/she does not have any contraindications for practicing them.” therefore, he/she has ensured that he/she does not have any contraindications for practicing physical exercise. He/she further declares that, if the current conditions change in the future, he/she assumes the responsibility of informing the Personal Trainer.
