This is day 90 of Home Workout®, and the protocol is 40-30-20 descending pairs. Every day you have access to a new workout! There are 365 different workouts per year , providing you with a varied daily plan that you can do at home, outdoors, or at the gym . Objective:
- Provide a complete workout with the 40-30-20 decreasing doubles protocol, promoting muscular and cardiovascular work in an efficient and challenging format.
Training Structure:
- Total duration: 50 minutes (approximately)
Protocol:
- 24 exercises
- Each pair of exercises has 3 sets performed in round 1 for 40 seconds each, in round 2 for 30 seconds and in round 3 for 20 seconds, with a 10 second rest between them.
- 30 seconds rest between pairs.
Required equipment:
- Dumbbells (adjustable weight according to fitness level)
- Training mat
