| 21-minute training session | A short, intense session lasting only 21 minutes. It combines full-body functional exercises to improve endurance, strength, and burn calories in a short time. Ideal for those with tight schedules. |
| HIIT | High-intensity interval training (HIIT) lasting 50-55 minutes, alternating maximum effort with short rest periods. It boosts metabolism, burns fat, and improves cardiovascular capacity in a short amount of time. |
| Functional Training | Exercises that simulate everyday and athletic movements, using body weight, resistance bands, dumbbells, and kettlebells. Improves strength, stability, coordination, and overall mobility. |
| Yoga | A practice that combines physical postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation. It increases flexibility, balance, and muscle strength, and promotes mental well-being and stress reduction. |
| Fitbox | An energetic 50-55 minute class inspired by boxing and kickboxing, without physical contact. Works cardio, toning and coordination to the rhythm of motivating music. Excellent for releasing energy and burning calories. |
| Pilates | This method focuses on strengthening the core, posture, stretching, and breath control. It improves stability, flexibility, and body awareness, making it safe and effective for all ages. |
