20-Minute Dumbbell Workout – Get Stronger at Home

Why train with load?

  • Increases muscle mass
  • Strengthens bones and joints
  • Accelerates basal metabolism
  • Improves posture

Dumbbell Workout – Full Body (20 minutes)
Do 3 sets of 8 to 12 repetitions of each exercise:

  1. Dumbbell squat
  2. Single-arm row
  3. Romanian deadweight
  4. Lateral shoulder raises
  5. Dumbbell push-ups
  6. Plank with alternating shoulder touches (30 sec)

Tip: Choose a weight that's challenging but still allows you to maintain good technique. If you don't have dumbbells, use 1.5L bottles.
