  • Squats
  • Jumps with arms raised
  • Abdominal crunches (with help from the little ones!)
  • Plank (grandparents can do it leaning against the wall or kitchen counter)
  • Running in place or running around the room

3. Final Game (5 min)
Race with improvised obstacles (pillows, water bottles, mats) or charades with yoga positions.
