List of 52 weekly ball challenges , ideal for practicing at home and improving individual football technique , especially focused on young players or enthusiasts who train outside the club.

🟦 Control and Driving (Weeks 1–13)

Zigzag driving between 5 bottles (10x round trip).

Oriented control after throwing against wall (50 reps).

Driving with only the dominant foot (3 minutes straight).

Driving with only the non-dominant foot (3 minutes straight).
-
Driving with the outside of the foot (2 min each foot).
-
Stop the ball with the sole and take off (20 reps each foot).

Deflect the ball laterally and sprint (10 reps each side).

Ball spin with the sole of the foot (50 reps).

“Toe touches” in a row (minimum 100 touches).

Air control challenge: keep ball in the air with a plant.
