🟦 Control and Driving (Weeks 1–13)

  1. Zigzag driving between 5 bottles (10x round trip).

  2. Oriented control after throwing against wall (50 reps).

  3. Driving with only the dominant foot (3 minutes straight).

  4. Driving with only the non-dominant foot (3 minutes straight).

  5. Driving with the outside of the foot (2 min each foot).

  6. Stop the ball with the sole and take off (20 reps each foot).

  7. Deflect the ball laterally and sprint (10 reps each side).

  8. Ball spin with the sole of the foot (50 reps).

  9. “Toe touches” in a row (minimum 100 touches).

  10. Driving with T-turn (10x).

  11. Slalom with different rhythms (3 min).

  12. Control challenge in a small space (without leaving 1m²).

  13. Sprint + control (takes off 5 m, returns and controls the thrown ball).

🟩 Passing and Receiving (Weeks 14–26)

  1. Dominant foot wall pass (100 reps).

  2. Non-dominant foot wall pass (100 reps).

  3. Guided control pass before kick (30 reps).

  4. Receiving the ball in the air with the chest and passing (20 reps).

  5. Pass first time (minimum 30 without mistakes).

  6. Alternate foot with each pass (50 reps).

  7. Outside foot passes (25 reps each).

  8. Ball of Foot Pass (25 reps).

  9. Reception with plant, side and step forward (20 reps).

  10. Double reception (plant + interior) and pass (30 reps).

  11. Pass + side roll (10 m round trip, 10 reps).

  12. Pass to the drawn target (e.g. ribbon or hoop) – 10 hits.

  13. Knee control + pass (20 reps).

🟧 Dribbling and Feinting (Weeks 27–39)

  1. Body feint + driving (30 reps).

  2. Ball roll + feint (20 reps).

  3. Ronaldo-style feint (step on top + explosion).

  4. Feint with braking and starting (20 reps).

  5. Alternate feints (elastic + body) in a slalom (5x).

  6. “Zidane” feint with rotation (10 reps each side).

  7. Letter feint + pass (15 reps).

  8. Dribbling with variation of pace (3 min).

  9. Challenge to create your own feint (film it!).

  10. 1 vs 0 with cones as opponents (10x round trip).

  11. “1 square meter” challenge – feint without leaving the square.

  12. Dribbling with only the weak foot (2 min).

  13. Feints + wall submission (20 reps).

🟥 Shooting and Finishing (Weeks 40–45)

  1. Dominant foot kicks (50 reps).

  2. Kicks with non-dominant foot (30 reps).

  3. Shot after dribble at speed (20 reps).

  4. First shot against wall (20 reps).

  5. Finishing after control in the air (20 reps).

  6. Challenge to hit a target (e.g. bucket or cone) – 10x.

🟨 Coordination, Ball Control, and Fun (Weeks 46–52)

  1. Keepy-uppies with your dominant foot (as much as you can).

  2. Keepy-uppies with non-dominant foot.

  3. Keepy-uppies only with knees.

  4. Keepy-uppies with your head.

  5. Air control challenge: keep ball in the air with a plant.

  6. Rolling the ball between both feet (100 consecutive touches).

  7. Mix 3 different touches in sequence (foot, knee, head – repeat).
