🧠 How does it work?
This is a "For Time" style workout:
You do all the repetitions of each exercise before moving on to the next one .
🕐 The goal?
Finish as quickly as possible with good technique.
🔥 The Challenge:
- 50 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches
- 50 Burpees
- 50 Dumbbell Goblet Squats
- 50 Dumbbell Push Press
- 50 Hanging Leg Raises (or on the floor if necessary)
💡 Tip: Mentally divide your workout into blocks of 10 or 25 repetitions to stay focused.
🏋️♀️ Required equipment:
- 1 or 2 dumbbells (moderate weight)
- Drawbar or stable surface for suspensions (can be adapted)
🔄 When to do this workout?
This type of training is perfect after a strength session , as a form of metabolic conditioning .
If you're training in blocks (like we do in our app), this is ideal for the weekend when you want to test your limits.
