The Home Workout app is your main tool for accessing all Club features: booking classes, tracking your daily 21-Minute Workout , and managing your appointments.

You can access it directly through the website:

3️⃣ 21-Minute Daily Workout
The 21-Minute Workout is available daily on the app and is ideal for those who want to maintain consistency with quick and effective workouts.
- Access the app and go to Today's Workouts .
- Select today's workout — e.g., 21-Minute Workout – Stair Climber .
- View exercises, time per exercise, and number of rounds.
- Here's the complete workout with the automatic timer.
4️⃣ Schedule Live Classes
You can book your classes directly in the app, choosing the time and type of workout you prefer (HIIT, Functional, Yoga, etc.).
Steps to schedule a lesson
- Opens the Lessons tab in the main menu.
- Select the desired day on the calendar.
- Click on "Sign Up" to reserve your spot.
- The status changes to "You are subscribed" — and you can cancel if you need to.
Tip 5: Receive automatic reminders
Activate app notifications to receive alerts for class starts, schedule changes, and daily workout reminders.
