These are the six exercises every runner/athlete should do. You'll work on explosiveness, power, strength, and balance in a single, large circuit. They can also be done as isolated exercises, rather than in a superset.

4 Rounds
10 repetitions of each exercise
60 seconds rest between rounds
✅ Clean with Dumbbells (DB Clean) x10
✅ Front Squat x10
✅ Reverse Lunge Drive x10 (each side)
✅ Straight Leg Deadlift (RDL) x10
✅ Bent Over Row x10
✅ Stationary March with Load (Stationary March) x10 (each side)
